Biomechanical Analysis
If your injury seems to involve poor biomechanics we analyze your different movement patterns using slow motion video analysis. This type of analysis can be used from a variety of activities and postures such as running, walking, jumping, skiing, riding, skating, tennis, throwing, cycling...etc. We find slow motion video to be an extremely helpful biofeedback tool to improve your biomechanics allowing you to return to the recreational activities stronger and healthier.

For cycling specific injuries, we use the computrainer as part of our computerized strength testing biofeedback tool. It is an excellent tool that gives immediate visual feedback on weaknesses within your pedal stroke. With proper instruction, these weaknesses will diminish and you will become a more efficient cyclist.

Theses two tools of visual feedback are extremely helpful for the therapist and the patient for diagnostic purposes, but most helpful for rehabilitative progression purposes. You can see your biomechanics improve and most importantly you will improve.
